Hunan Xiasheng Industry Qiaoxing Mining lead-acid batteries to lithium batteries

Hunan Xiasheng Industry Qiaoxing Mining Industry, the previous 5T underground locomotive of the mine used lead-acid batteries. As far as we all know, lead-acid batteries are not environmentally friendly, and they all need to be maintained by dedicated personnel for charging. A 5T locomotive evaporates 800KG of electrolyte every year, so much so that the walls of the charging chamber are corroded into white, which not only affects the working environment, but also poses a risk to the health of the mine staff. The problem of converting lead-acid batteries to lithium batteries was an urgent one.

After we received the request from Qiaoxing Mining to change the lithium battery, we immediately made a plan to change the lithium battery according to the 5T motor truck and sent our engineers to the mine to solve this long-standing problem for Qiaoxing Mining immediately. After our engineers worked day and night, all the lead-acid batteries of the 5T motor truck were replaced by lithium iron phosphate batteries.

Before the mine's lead-acid battery charging time is too long, often the spare lead-acid battery is not fully charged, the battery in use is out of power phenomenon, with our replacement of lithium batteries, now can be fully charged at once to be able to use 16 hours of continuous use, and no battery backup, more convenient to use, greatly improving efficiency. And from the point of view of service life, the previous lead-acid batteries began to decay after half a year, and now the lithium battery of Qiaoxing Mining has been used for 2 years, no significant change in the range.
